Order Dispatch

All orders will be dispatched from our Auckland site.  We aim to ship every order the next business day (orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday) unless otherwise stated on our website.

Delivery Service

We use the CourierPost "non-signature" courier service for the delivery of our products within New Zealand.  CourierPost provides delivery tracking - and where valid contact details are provided - delivery notifications.

CourierPost delivery estimates in addition to order dispatch timeframe:

  • North Island:  1-2 days
  • South Island:  2-3 days

Please note delivery to rural addresses (RD) delivery can take an additional 1-2 days and will attract a RD surcharge (see rates section)

    Shipping rates

    We offer delivery rates for shipping to North Island or South Island addresses. Rates will vary depending on the size of order and will be calculated at checkout.  

    • North Island - Standard (2-3 days):  From $9.99 to $19.99
    • North Island - Rural (3-5 days):  From $14.99 to $24.99
    • South Island - Standard (3-4 days): From $14.99 to $34.99 
    • South Island - Rural (4-6 days): From $19.99 to $39.99
